Nippolin vuoden 2019 ensimmäinen saunailta järjestettiin viime lauantaina 9.2. Otaniemen tutulla Ossinsaunalla jälleen. Illan aikana tapahtumassa kävi paikalla aikaisempien kävijöiden ja vanhojen tuttavien lisäksi liuta uusia ihmisiä, jotka eivät ole Nippolin tapahtumissa ennen vierailleet. Osanottajien määrä olikin laskelmiemme mukaan lopulta yli 50 henkeä joka hieman yllätti meidätkin, kaikin puolin siis erittäin onnistunut saunailta jälleen. Tilat kävivätkin hieman ahtaiksi jossain kohtaa iltaa ja kaikille ei näyttänyt riittävän istumapaikkoja, pahoittelumme tästä! Miesten saunavuoron alkaessa kuitenkin moni miespuolisista kävijöistä siirtyi saunatiloihin istuskelemaan ja saunomaan, jolloin tilaa vapautuikin melko hyvin yleistilan ja keittiön puolelta.
Nippoli haluaisikin kiittää kaikkia paikalla käyneitä vieraita mahtavasta illasta ja toivomme että kaikilla oli pienistä tilanpuutteista huolimatta lopulta hauska ja mukava ilta! Ruoan suhteen olimme suunnitelleet montaa erilaista lajia illan ajaksi, joten toivottavasti kaikille löytyi jonkinlaista herkullista syötävää monipuolisesta kattauksesta. Kiitoksia erityisesti myös kaikille niille jotka auttoivat keittiön puolella kokkejamme valmistamaan ruokaa sekä kiitos erittäin paljon myös niille jotka jäivät loppusiivouksessa avustamaan!
Seuraavasta saunaillasta tulemme ilmoittamaan tarkemmin kevään aikana kaikilla tiedotuskanavillamme, mutta näillä näkymin saunailta olisi alustavasti tulossa huhtikuussa hieman suuremmissa tiloissa!

Nippoli’s first Sauna Evening of 2019 was held last Saturday 9.2. at the familiar location of Ossinsauna in Otaniemi. We saw a lot of regular Nippoli-events visitors coming by again, but this time there were also plenty of new people joining us during the evening, some of which have never visited Nippoli’s events before. The total number of participants was over 50 by the end of the night which surprised even us, so the Sauna Evening was very succesful in every way! Due to the huge number of people participating, the space of the premises started to feel a bit cramped at some point and there were not enough seats for everyone, which we humbly apologize for! Luckily when the men’s sauna turn started, several people went to the other area to go to sauna and spend time there, so it alleviated the situation a lot at the common area and kitchen.
Nippoli would like to thank everyone who visited our event during the evening, because of you all we had an amazing sauna party! We hope that everyone had a really fun and great evening even though it was a bit cramped at some point and we almost ran out of space within the premises. Regarding the food that was being served, we had planned a multiple dish course with plenty of variation, so we hope that everyone found something delicious to eat during the evening. Especially thanks for every single person who helped our chefs with prepping and making the food, it was thanks to you that everything went so smoothly with serving such large amounts of food efficiently. Also a big thank you for all who helped us clean the place afterwards!
We will inform you about our next event through our usual social media channels and email-list later during the Spring. For now it seems that the current plan is to hold the next Sauna Evening somewhere around April, this time probably at a bigger sauna place!
